Periodic maintainance of the machine.
- Regular maintainance is necessary to keep it performing properly, and for longer. To reduce the noise of your treadmill, consider this: twist the knuts and bolts simultaneously. Lubricate the running belt every 100 hours of use.
- Clean it after every use: turn it off and unplug the machine. Apply a small amount of cleaning fluid to an 100% cotton cloth. Do not directly spray the machine. Do not use acidic or ammonia based cleaners. Clean the console and the screen and console after every use (because of sweat). Get rid of dust and stains from the ramps, mounts, foot rests, framework and motor cover, as well as the platform alongside the running belt.
- Clean the motor components (by taking off the lid) of any lint or dust, especially if you have pets at home.
