I've got a technical problem with my machine, how can I go about resolving this?

Problem with the resistance.
Take a look at the instruction manual at the relevant part about the tension cable. After taking out the central tube from the frame, see if the connection is better.

The incline on my machine isn't working. 
1. Disconnect the machine at the wall.
2. Take a look at the engine to see if the correct incline cables are connected to the electronic card.

The console always reads '0.' 
1. Try the connections at the rear of the console.  
2. Also try the cable connections which connect the framework to the central tube.
My product is incomplete, it's lacking pieces.

How do I know my machine's code?
All of our machines have model identification. Look for the sticker on the bottom or rear of the machine. There, you'll see a message that says "model," and that is the code for your machine.

The treadmill wont turn on.
1. Check that the power cord is plugged into a working plug (to check this, plug in a lamp or other electric appliance).  
2. Check that the other end of the power cord is correctly plugged into the treadmill.
3. Chech that the master switch, situated close to the power cord, is in the right position.
4. Check that the safety key is inserted properly into the console.
5. Check the connections between the main cable and the console in the rear of the machine.
The bike is noisy.
1. Re-adjust all of the visable screws.
2. Check the levelling feet of the bike.
The chest belt isn't working properly.
1. Check and/or change the battery.  
2. Check that the contact areas are positioned properly and are damp. "
The running belt keeps sticking.
The belt has become too relaxed: See section "Tension of the running belt.
Damaged packaging on arrival.
Contact the sales department.
The heart rate sensor isn't working properly.
Check the cables connecting the pulse sensors to the console.
Make sure you are putting your hands on the sensors properly.
Centering the running belt.
1. Use the 6 mm Allen key which is provided with the machine: start up the belt at a low speed (4 km/h).
2. Inset the key in the screw on the side where the belt goes round.
3. Turn in a quarter turns, waiting 30 seconds between each turn, until the belt returns to the correct position.
When you pedal you can hear a crunch.
The pedals are not properly attatched: loosen the pedals and re attach them forcefully.
Is there any kind of technical service near my house?

The treadmill belt is noisy.
1. The treadmill belt is not centralised --> see section "centering the belt."
2. The treadmill belt is not lubricated --> see section "lubrication of the belt."
3. See if the screws are in properlly (all of the screws of the vertical posts).
4. See if the belt is stable enough, by regulating the levelling feet.
