-RESISTANCE. Manual rowing machine. Elastomer brake system. Choose from 4 resistance levels with elastomer braking system to customize your workout.
-STRUCTURE:. The biomechanical design guarantees smooth and natural movement, concentrating on your muscular performance.
-COMFORT: The large aluminium monorail and comfortable ergonomic seat ensure a smooth rowing movement. Buckle your feet into the tilting footplates with safety straps.
-CONSOLE. Easy-to-read LCD display. You learn to assess and improve your workout’s effectiveness. Shows you the most important parameters: Scan, Time, Count, Total Count, Calorie, RPM.
-ACCESSORIES/OTHERS. 2 wheels at the front for easy transportation. Easily foldable (40% of space can be saved) and transportwheels for easy storage.
